What is CFG?

CGF (Concentrated Growth Factor) The treatment method performed by activating, revealing and applying the growth factors found in the rich and dense platelet (platelet) cells obtained by centrifugation with PRP is called CGF.

What is CGF-CD34?

It is a method of healing damaged tissues by using the patient’s own blood. The main elements of the blood that provide healing in tissue damage are platelets (platelets) and growth factors (growth factors) released from them and CD34 coded healing mother cells.

This mechanism of healing may be insufficient in some tissue damages and chronic diseases occur. For example, the situation is exactly like this in chronic lumbar hernia, nerve damage, joint calcification. In these cases, platelets, growth factors, and CD34-coded healing mother cells, which are found in small amounts in the blood, can be concentrated and given to the damaged tissues to heal.

In the same serum, there is a plasma part in which blood platelets are dense in a second layer. The healing effect of this part depends on the growth factors in the platelets. In order for it to be effective in tissue damage, it must be activated by some methods and growth factors must be released. This layer, which is given without activation, has no healing effect on damaged tissues.
